Please review the terms that govern our mutual agreement for the provision of our services. Your engagement with Trevaldonexium's bespoke adventure services signifies your acceptance of these terms.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Trevaldonexium website (trevaldonexium.org) or engaging Trevaldonexium for any of its services, including but not limited to bespoke mountain expeditions, personalized adventure itineraries, luxury cabin rentals, guided hiking and climbing tours, wilderness retreat experiences, and custom travel packages, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service.

2. Services Offered

Trevaldonexium specializes in curating and executing luxury travel and adventure experiences. Our services encompass meticulous planning, logistical support, expert guidance, and access to premium accommodations and equipment. We commit to delivering meticulously planned, exhilarating, and safe experiences tailored to our discerning clientele.

3. Booking & Payment

All bookings require a non-refundable deposit, typically 30% of the total package price, due at the time of reservation. The final payment is due 90 days prior to the commencement of the expedition or service. Failure to make timely payments may result in the cancellation of your booking. Specific payment schedules and deposit amounts will be detailed in your personalized adventure proposal. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Client Initiated Cancellations:

  • 91+ days prior to departure: Deposit is forfeited.
  • 61-90 days prior to departure: 50% of the total package price is forfeited.
  • 0-60 days prior to departure: 100% of the total package price is forfeited.

All cancellation requests must be received in writing. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance. Trevaldonexium reserves the right to cancel or modify any expedition or service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, political instability, safety concerns) or if minimum participant numbers are not met. In such cases, clients will be offered an alternative date or a full refund of payments made to Trevaldonexium, excluding any non-recoverable third-party expenses.

5. Client Responsibility

Clients are solely responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, visas, necessary vaccinations, and comply with all entry/exit requirements of their chosen destination(s). It is imperative that clients accurately assess their physical fitness for the chosen adventure and disclose any medical conditions or dietary restrictions at the time of booking. Comprehensive travel, medical, and evacuation insurance is mandatory for all Trevaldonexium expeditions. Clients agree to abide by the instructions of Trevaldonexium guides and staff for their safety and the safety of the group.

6. Limitation of Liability

Adventure travel inherently involves risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, property damage, discomfort, and death, which may be caused by forces of nature, civil unrest, high altitudes, remoteness from medical facilities, and other hazards. By booking with Trevaldonexium, you acknowledge and assume these risks. Trevaldonexium, its employees, agents, and affiliates, shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or expense, including special, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, arising from participation in any of its services, except where prohibited by law. Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the services.

7. Intellectual Property

The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, and other matters related to this website are protected under applicable copyrights and other proprietary laws. The copying, redistribution, use, or publication by you of any such matters or any part of the Site is strictly prohibited. Trevaldonexium® is a registered trademark.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Collin County, Texas.
